This Policy is incorporated by reference into our End User License Agreement and Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and is subject to the provisions of the Terms.

When you contact Nerbio, we may collect personally identifiable information you provide, such as your name, email address or telephone number.

We may also collect other non-personally identifiable information in an aggregate manner (“Aggregate Information”). Aggregate Information is information that is not personally identifiable or from which individual identities have been removed that we collect solely to assist us in maintaining and improving the quality of our Services provided to you.

Nerbio may collect personally identifiable information you provide, such as the following:

• • E-mail: Nerbio may offer e-mail notices from time to time. If you sign up for e- mail notices from us or contact us for support, we collect your e-mail address.

• • Phone Number: Nerbio may collect your phone number to provide support.

• • Name: Nerbio may collect your name to provide support.

The iTOF App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.

Collection of Aggregate Information

• • We may also collect information about the nature of your device from which you access our Services, such as your IP address, mobile or handheld identifier, browser type, access times and referring website in an aggregate manner that does not personally identify you. We use this aggregate data solely to assist us in operating our Services and to maintain and improve the quality of our services provided to you.

• • We may collect this information passively using technologies such as server logs, cookies, and clear GIFs.
